You're building a business. You weren't meant to do it alone.

24 Hands is twelve business owners around one table — sharing what works, opening doors for each other, and finding the profit already inside their businesses.

No gurus. No pitching. Just owners.

"The biggest hurdle for me as a small business owner was finding the people who would be in my corner."

Why I'm building this:

I spent 20 years as a pastor. Most of that work, at its core, was helping people find their people — building small groups where folks could carry each other through real life.

After ministry, I became an entrepreneur. I've started three companies and successfully grew and exited the first two. And I learned something they don't put in the business books: ownership is isolating. The wins are quieter than they should be, and the hard days are heavier than they need to be.

24 Hands is where those two careers meet. It's the room I wished existed when I was starting out in business — and I believe I was made to build it.

Bryan Parris, Founder, 24 Hands

Your Business is Bigger than You!

Nobody starts a business just to make money. You started yours for something — your family, your faith, your community, the freedom to be generous, a legacy with your name on it.

But somewhere between payroll and the next fire to put out, the why gets buried under the what.

At 24 Hands, purpose isn't a poster on the wall. It's a standing conversation. Twelve owners who know what you're building for — and who won't let you forget it when the weeks get long.

If you own a real business and you're humble enough to learn, helpful enough to share, and hungry enough to do the work — this is for you.

The Problem with most Business Programs

1. Networking with no Plan.

It's great to know people, but business owners need an actionable path forward, not a collection of business cards.

2. Information with no Implementation.
Ever paid for a course that you never used? We have! The content is usually great, but it takes accountability to put the ideas into practice.

We bring together small, intentional groups of business owners who want to grow alongside others — not in competition, but in community.

  • Structured monthly meetings. No coffee-klatch drift. You leave every meeting with specific moves to make in your business.

  • Real relationships between meetings. Joint ventures, shared ideas, honest phone calls, and people who actually want you to win.

  • A framework, not just fellowship. The community keeps you implementing the F.R.A.P. framework (Frequency, Referrals, Average Ticket, and Pricing). The framework gives the community something real to do together.

  • No gurus. No pitching each other. Nobody's on a stage. Nobody's selling from the front of the room. Just twelve owners in the same fight.

Frequent Questions

How much does it cost?

Membership investment varies by chapter, and we walk through it completely in your qualification conversation — before you're asked to decide anything. What I can tell you now: it's priced so that working a single F.R.A.P. lever can pay for your membership many times over, and everyone in your chapter is invested at the same level. Nobody's in the room for free, because free rooms get free effort.

What size business do I need?

Chapters are built around owners at similar stages, so you're never the small fish or the big one. If you own an established business and you're serious about growing it, start the process — we'll find the right room.

What Industries?

All of them — and only one of each per chapter. You'll never sit across from a direct competitor, and you'll be surprised how much a plumber can learn from a bakery owner.

Is this a networking group?

No. Networking groups exist to trade leads. 24 Hands exists to grow owners and their businesses. Referrals happen here — that's the R in F.R.A.P. — but they're a byproduct of real relationships, not the reason for them.

Why are you called 24 Hands?

Every chapter is exactly twelve owners — twenty-four hands around one table. We believe many hands make light work, and that the work of an owner's hands matters. When the twelve seats are full, the chapter is full — and everything gets easier when yours aren't the only hands on the problem.

Is this religious?

No. My background is in ministry, and that shaped how I build community — but chapters welcome owners of any faith or none. Purpose looks different for every member: family, faith, charity, legacy. What matters is that you have one, or you want to find one.

How much time does it take?

One structured meeting per month, plus the work you put into your own business between meetings — which you were going to do anyway. Now you'll just do it with a framework and eleven people who notice.

What if my chapter is full?

Full chapters stay full — that's the promise that makes the room work. Start the process anyway, and you'll be first in line as new chapters form.

Chapter ONE is forming now!

The first 24 Hands chapter is coming together in Knoxville — twelve owners, one table, starting soon.

Founding members get two things nobody after them will. First, a founders' rate — special pricing that's locked for life and never goes up, no matter what future chapters pay. Second, a voice: the first twelve shape how 24 Hands works for everyone who follows.

The first testimonials on this page will belong to them. Their businesses will be the proof.

Twelve seats. Some are already spoken for. When they're full, they're full — that's the promise that makes the room work.
